Review your video and request revisions

Give useful feedback while keeping revision scope and pricing clear.

Review the complete preview, collect your notes and reference the specific shots or lines to change. One free revision is included under the Production Agreement; additional paid changes use the published whole-length pricing rule.

Watch once as a viewer

Check whether the central message is clear without explaining the brief. Then watch again for details such as product shape, wording, logo, audio and caption placement.

Group the feedback

Collect feedback from decision-makers before submitting it. Name the shot or timestamp and explain the desired correction. Distinguish a factual error from a change in creative direction.

Keep the agreed scope in view

A new product, new story or different audience can change the scope of the project. Refer to the Production Agreement for what revisions cover and ask before requesting a substantially different film.

Understand paid revisions

The price follows the full length of the video chosen, not the length of the part being changed. Use the pricing page and Production Agreement for the current rate, calculation and conditions.

Accept the finished version

If you request the included revision, the stated turnaround is within 24 hours. When the version is ready to accept, approve it in your workspace to access the HD file.

Questions before you start
