How we make it

Solivo makes service introduction videos for businesses and professional teams. Your actual services, approved credentials and customer questions provide the basis for the message and scenes.

  • Define the customer problem without inventing a customer story.
  • Describe your actual scope and how the service begins.
  • Use approved credentials and a simple booking or contact action.

Is this video type right for the job?

Choosing service introduction
DecisionWhat to consider
A good fitA clear introduction to who your business helps, what it provides and how a new customer begins.
Choose another approachInvented credentials, testimonials, office locations or promised outcomes.
Before orderingDefine one audience, a selected runtime and one action. Ask about feasibility if accuracy depends on footage you do not have.

Choose the purpose before the visual treatment. A short film can introduce one idea clearly, but adding several audiences or unrelated messages makes the scope harder to review. Decide what someone should understand after watching, then select material that supports that result.

A 30-second edit plan

This is an illustrative production outline, not a claim about a published client brief. The exact sequence follows your supplied material, approved facts and selected runtime.

Planning a short service introduction
TimePurposePlanning direction
0–3 secondsOpening hookShow the customer’s situation and name the service in familiar words.
3–10 secondsRecognizable subjectEstablish the real product, person or topic using approved references.
10–23 secondsUseful detailExplain what happens when someone starts working with you, using real scope and an understandable sequence.
23–30 secondsNext actionLeave a readable closing frame with the approved name, offer and one destination.

Read the script aloud before treating these timings as a plan. Speech, demonstrations and visual pauses compete for the same runtime. A longer procedure or complicated explanation may need a longer video rather than faster cutting. The studio agrees the treatment before producing it; a sample sequence does not add extra deliverables to the order.

Real material and AI: divide the work clearly

Use actual team and premises imagery if the video identifies those people or places. Supply approved service descriptions, qualifications and booking details.

You identify details that must stay fixed and the parts of the scene where there is creative freedom. The producer shapes the sequence and chooses appropriate generation or editing methods. AI may help create supporting imagery and motion; original footage and artwork provide the factual references. Check the moving preview because a recognizable first frame does not guarantee continuity, lettering or geometry throughout a shot.

What to send before production

  • Current service descriptions and approved credentials
  • Team, office or business imagery you have permission to use
  • Booking or contact details and any restricted claims

Name the final versions of each file and keep creative references separate from approved product or brand assets. Explain permissions, fixed wording and the preferred spoken and subtitle languages. If you only have a website or an incomplete folder, ask which additional files are needed before selecting a deadline.

Your time and review responsibilities

Client participation planning allowance, with existing materials ready
Your taskSuggested allowanceWhat to do
Brief and scope15–30 minutesChoose one audience, message, format and decision-maker.
Gather existing assets30–60 minutesOrganize approved files. Recording new footage takes additional time.
Review the direction15–30 minutesOptional storyboard review on standard orders.
Review the video15–30 minutesCheck the complete preview and consolidate timestamped notes.

Total: about 75–150 minutes across the project. These are planning allowances, not measured averages or promised time savings. New photography, recordings, internal approvals and additional feedback are extra.

Use one decision-maker to consolidate feedback. Check service availability, location details, qualifications, names and the booking or contact destination. Give timestamped notes and describe the required correction rather than sending several conflicting versions of the brief. One free revision stays within the agreed scope; a new concept or extra output may need a separate agreement.
